Shipping & Returns

Shipping is shown during checkout. Large items are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex. Smaller items like decals, etc., are usually shipped via USPS. Tracking will be provided on most items. There are few items that are shipped from overseas direct to you the customer (i.e. Start Button Overlays which come from Europe) that do not provide tracking information. We will notify you when the item ships though, so you can have some idea when to expect it. Keep in mind stuff shipped from overseas usually takes about 2 weeks to arrive.

Please note: Custom items like decals, billet parts, painted parts or special order items are NOT RETURNABLE!> These are custom items! They have been custom made for you! If we, or the manufacturer, has made a mistake, we will get it corrected for you as soon as possible. But we will not accept a return of these items simply because you wish to return it.

Returns must be cleared with the owner of the company. All Returns must be shipped back to this company, NOT returned to the manufacturer. If you ship them back to the manufacturer, we can not control when they refund your purchase. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all items, with the exception of something being shipped to you that you didn't order, like the wrong part number or the wrong color, etc. If that happens we will email you a return label to return the item to us.
