Hedman Black Ceramic Full Headers 03-08 Dodge Ram 1500 RWD 5.7L

Hedman T-304 stainless steel headers are manufactured from a higher percentage of chromium and nickel elements making the metal harder, stronger, and more corrosion resistant than less expensive 409. Only a handful of manufacturers build their headers in stainless; and they typically use Type 409 grade material. These Hedman's headers will retain a cleaner look and hold up to extreme temperatures. They also feature heavy-duty, 3/8 in. thick, laser-cut flanges, and all primary tubes have smooth flowing mandrel bends. Unless otherwise noted, these 304s are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment. These headers come in Hedman's a natural finish.

Important notes: Breaking in an engine with ceramic coated headers WILL result in damage to the coating and will VOID all warranties. Ceramic coated headers require several heat cycles to fully cure before they will withstand extreme heat. Hedman recommends using cast iron exhaust manifolds or old headers to break in new engines to avoid coating damage. Hedman does not recommend the use of header wraps as this will void the warranty.
