Hedman Standard-Duty headers are finished with an extremely durable ceramic-metallic finish. They are constructed from mild steel with a mid-length tube design, and a gasket less collector style. Hedman Standard-Duty headers are available in their BLACK MAXX satin black or HTC polished silver coatings. Header kits include new bolts and gasket(s) to head, reducer(s) and hardware, and instructions.

Important notes: Breaking in an engine with ceramic coated headers WILL result in damage to the coating and will VOID all warranties. Ceramic coated headers require several heat cycles to fully cure before they will withstand extreme heat. Hedman recommends using cast iron exhaust manifolds or old headers to break in new engines to avoid coating damage. Hedman does not recommend the use of header wraps as this will void the warranty.
