Typhoon systems come in one of three designs: cold air intakes, short ram intakes, or complete cold air intakes—which can be configured as either cold air or short ram intakes. Some Typhoon kits have high-quality tube and end cap finish options, including polished aluminum, and black, blue, red, or silver powdercoated, among other options. K&N 69 Series Typhoon performance air intakes will dramatically reduce intake restriction, resulting in additional horsepower and torque.

This intake has a red filter and silver pipe.
We also offer Custom Airbrushing, Factory Paint, Hydrodip Graphics, and Powdercoating are available on this intake. All of these are custom finishes and require reshipment of the intake after finish has been applied. Additional shipping costs are required. Airbrushing, Factory Paint, and Hydrodip Graphics are charged on a per case basis, as there are too many variables to set a price in stone. Due the nature of Candy coatings, there may be some variation in the color. This in now way means the coating is bad. Candy coatings are very dependent on the condition of the tubing coated and the application process. Please bear this in mind when selecting Candy colors.
