Crafted from aluminum, our covers boast optimal properties for engine dress-up covers. Aluminum ensures rapid heat dissipation, is lightweight, and remains resistant to rust or deterioration over time. Our Covers can be customized through painting, wrapping, dipping, powder-coating, or left with a factory finish (If opting to use the factory finish look, it is recommended to apply a light clear coat paint). This will prevent discoloration from oils or handling. While most products feature a brushed aluminum finish, it’s worth noting that some covers may exhibit mill marks, particularly on bent or welded parts.

***Note: *** Small dust particles may be present [usually metal particles pulling up through the metal during the heating process]. Also, orange peel (small dimples in coating). This is unavoidable due to the powdercoating process. We make every attempt possible to prevent this, but it still happens unfortunately
Please aware that Candy colors will show blemishes from the metal through the color. Also note that the Metallic colors listed are a two-stage process. The base color that you choose, plus a sparkle metallic clear coat over that. That is why they have additional costs.
