We took the best 4.7L performance heads available and made an economy package with them. You get the same CNC ports but with stock valves/springs/retainers. Our bottom of the line head will out flow/perform most our competitions top of line head!

Knolton first starts by hand porting the first port for best possible flow, they then put that port information into their CNC machine and replicates that best port in the rest of the runners. What you get is perfect, equally balanced port flow. This inherently makes HP in itself. They then install STOCK valves/springs/retainers to create an affordable high performance head. Dont let the stock valves/springs/retainers kid you, these heads are no joke and will make outstanding HP gains.
These heads flow so well, a custom tune should seriously be considered to take advantage of them. I run these heads on my 2002 Quad Cab 4.7L Ram and have run 14.99@89.28MPH with these ported heads and SCT tune! We went from the "FLASH" to the SCT and gained .5 on our 1/8 mile track times almost overnight!
The Race prep heads come with 1.92" int and 1.50 exh. The heads were flowed on a Superflow 600 @ 28".

When you step up to these heads your stepping into the real deal.
If a core charge is applicable to you please make sure you select it, we will NOT ship heads without either the core charge up front. If the customer ships his/her own heads then no core charge is required. Customer is responsible for SHIPPING both ways if they chose to send their own heads for porting. We cover shipping to the customer but ALL return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Cores MUST BE RETURNED within 3 months (90 days) of receipt of your ported heads. If we do not receive the core returns or do not hear from you within 90 days, we WILL use your core payment to replace the heads we sent to you. Effectively you lose your core deposit if this happens. Please keep us posted and make every effort to return cores in a timely manner...
